3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Products that are used, worn, or in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.

4. REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS

  • Orders placed during promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar deals are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Instructions

  • Pack items securely to avoid damage.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number.
  • Ensure items are unused with tags and packaging intact.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled for any reason.

  • If delivery is marked complete but not received, report within 24 hours.
